“Staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was a surprise. It was very good. The manager was not present when we checked in, so he made it a point to greet us during dinner and ask if they could help in any way. We were only staying one night, and they picked us up at the train station, and took us the next morning. For those traveling on the Glacier Express and then the Bernina Express, it makes a nice break. Pontresina is a nice little walking town with beautiful views.”
