“The staff are great, especially Carolina, Costa, Diogo and the young waiter in the morning and afternoons along with a very accommodating chef. They really do go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable and enjoyable, something I thought reviewers put as a generic statement until we experienced it! The sea pool is amazing, and as there aren't many beaches on the island this is probably the next best that you can get. You CANT hear the planes even though you are very close to the airport. We only heard planes slightly when we were outside or at the sea pool, it really is not an issue.”
