“Perfect location and friendly staff. Room was very comfy.”
“Amazing location and lovely staff.”
“We stayed in the annex so I was a bit afraid that could destroy the whole experience but luckily I was so wrong! The room was very spacey for Venice, freshly renovated, also the bathroom which had a bathtub. I really liked the breakfast buffet, they have great selection of pastries. The stuff was very lovely & helpful! Wifi worked normally. Can't wait till they finish the front street entrance, I'd definitely go back there!”
“Staff was extremely friendly and even gave us a room upgrade (must have been a slow night). Umbrellas and rain boots were available for loan, and we sipped on unlimited cappuccinos in the morning. The front desk attendant gave us great directions. Room was lovely, overlooking both the canal and their charming courtyard.”
“Beautiful boutique hotel with ideal location and friendly staff”
“Excellent location for traveling all around Venice. The staff are exceptionally nice and fun to work with. Everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable. I plan to stay here again on my next visit!”
“everything! the breakfast, the staff, the room, just perfect”
“Amazing hotel!! Walter and Sandro were great hosts. If you're coming from the airport, the hotel is less than a 1 minute walk from the san stae water stop (orange line) and you don't have to cross any bridges! The hosts e-mail you with all the possible modes of transportation to the hotel before you arrive. The room is beautiful and SPOTLESS! So clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good for a continental breakfast. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to Rialto Bridge (depends on your route and if you get lost) and about 20 minutes to San Marco Square. It's in a perfect location as it is still walking distance to all the main attractions, but super quiet. The hosts were also super helpful when we forgot our hats and kept them safe for us to pick up a few days later. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will most certainly re-book this place the next time we come to Venice!!”
“What a find! A charming hotel in a quiet part of Venice but easily accessible by water taxi nearby. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and of good size. There is a lovely outside terrace set up for breakfast which makes for a great start to any day.”
“This property was awesome. It's right off the Alilaguna San Stae stop to take the boat taxi to and from the airport. We left by that and arrived by train. We walked from the train station because the best way to see Venice is to walk!! It took about about 10 minutes. The property is a little bit away from the chaos, which was our favorite part! Less tourists and more locals. Quiet, comfortable, calming, and so Venetian. The bed was the most comfortable of any of the beds over our 2 weeks in Europe! The room was large (we got a deluxe room). The breakfast was fantastic. On our last day we left before breakfast and they sent us with fresh croissants. This place was fantastic.”
