“When my partner and I arrived at the property they did not want to allow us to check in because my partner and I did not have a marriage certificate. If this was necessary it should have been made crystal clear during the booking process. This was after a two and a half hour cab ride from the airport. When we got to the room the hot water wasn't working, it was a very noisy, congested and super polluted area. There was zero alcohol allowed in the property, and on top of that they didn't even have packets of instant coffee anywhere in the hotel for morning coffee. I would never stay again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be harassed to prove the legal status of your relationship.”
