“This hotel offers strikingly warm, hospitable service in combination with great, nicely decorated facility, large comfortable rooms (not luxury, but practical). And all of that is at a good, affordable price. All equipment is working properly. The cafe in the basement is service nice, tasty food (albeit rather slow for dinner at about 9pm (21:00)). This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations even though we had a good recommendation from close friends. I would put this hotel in the category of a "boutique hotel". I would choose this hotel over many "corporate" hotel chains, such as Marriott, Hilton, etc. My family said they want to stay at this hotel for longer, for some vacation. It is relatively close to Koltsovo airport, with about 200-300 rubles taxi ride (about 10 minutes). And the staff are happy to call the taxi for you, and they are very alert to which one will give you a better value, considering reliability and the price.”
“Отель был выбран для ночевки перед ранним вылетом из Кольцово. Мы ехали из другого города и подъезжали к заселению поздно (к 23-00) - администратор проявила любезность и стала по контактному телефону уточнять наше прибытие и разъяснила как добраться. Очень чисто и комфортно. Быстрое заселение. В номере тепло. Есть чайник и принадлежности. Хорошая кровать. Быстрый интернет. При выезде предложили парковку для машины на время отсутствия, что оказалось существенно дешевле чем в аэропорту. Утром заказали такси (200 ₽). Координаты указаны точно - навигатор нашёл без проблем.”
