“一般的なスイスの家庭料理は質素（貧しいのではない）だが、このホテルの朝食は（コンチネンタルだが）ちゃんとした食事。ゆで卵もある。夕食も一回食べたが、ドイツ語のメニューが分からないと言うと、ちゃんと英語で説明してくれた。特別な料理ではないにしても値段以上だと思う（味覚は個人差が大きいので免責願いたい）。宿泊客以外にも夕食の客がいたので一定水準以上だと思う。ドイツ語圏だがスタッフはフレンドリーで私が会った人は皆英語が出来た。”
