La cuisine est très variée et excellente sans oublier les pizzas et son sympatique "pizzaiolo " . Une mention spéciale pour "la patronne" qui est une cycliste chevronnée et qui s'est levée avant 5 h du matin pour nous préparer un exceptionnel buffet de petit déjeuner avant que nous prenions le départ de la 30eme cyclosportive " La Fausto Coppi) .
