“Firstly there were some problems with the booking which were the fault of me and my party, the hotel dealt with it exceptionally and were extremely courteous and helpful throughout resolving that process. It os located Close to the city Centre, lots of shopping which was great. Some of the staff spoke a little English which was much appreciated as my Portuguese is far from amazing. The staff I interacted with were helpful and direct, I prefer this approach. The room was big and cleaned daily,fresh towels, the lot :)”
“Really friendly staff who led us enter the room before official check-in due our very early arrival in the morning. We really liked to possibility to use gym and swimming pool. Was clean and tidy. Hotel has a perfect location in town, really close to big & cheap grossery, banks some restaurants as well. Breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of meals. We really enjoyed that stay.”
