What guests loved the most
“We really liked this hotel. The rooms are large with a lot of room to move, beds are comfy (firm). Standard western breakfast available (bacon, scrambled eggs, croissants, toast, bagels, jams, honey, juice and coffee) if you are not into japanes breakfast. The publuc onsen is large with all the amenities and always busy. There is a private bath on level 7 you can book with reception. Open from 16.30 to 22.00 at an additional fee. The heart and soul of the hotel are the staff. Cannot express how appreciative we are of their genuine care and hospitality towards us. They were always smiling and willing to communicate (either by pigeon english, sign language or google translate). This hotel is exceptionally clean and well looked after. Highly recommend.”

“A very spacious hotel with a huge lobby and very large twin room. The room even had a coffee table with 2 armchairs. The public bath in the hotel was very large and a pleasure to use. Loacation for us was excellent since we had a rental car. The hotel is on the shore of a lake with magnificent views from the lobby. Although this is an older hotel it was very clean and well maintained.”

“- great lobby space, high ceiling with a many sofas for guest to enjoy lake view. - very attentive staff, I was brought to my room by front staff. - room was small but comfortable. - Japanese dinner set was excellent, each guest has their own private space. - enjoy breakfast with lake view. - free shuttle bus to and from Abashiri station & Abashiri prison museum but not many free frequency. - indoor and outdoor bath was ordinary - pleasant walk in the morning around Abashiri lake.”
