“The location is in the city centre. Marine Drive, shopping areas, boat jetty and railway station are nearby. There are three restaurants and a coffee shop in the hotel. All three restaurants offer buffet lunch. Breakfast was included in the price and presented a good choice. Room service is available too. There is a rooftop swimming pool, but I did not get a chance to use it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is free and the connection is fast. Security guards are present round the clock.”

“Fantastic breakfast, good room service. Friendly helpful staff, including desk staff who are great. Deepak sorted out my travel dramas with minimal fuss. Pool attendant is friendly and the poolside plants are beautiful and a nice touch in this noisy city. The new mall right next door is very handy. And the 24 hour on site coffee shop is a boon, with good selection of fresh juices and some decent indian and euro style snacks. I always use Abad - this chain is well run and excellent value.”

“Wonderful hotel to stay at. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were very helpful and booked us a trip to Thekkady and Munnar with a private driver. There is a rooftop pool and jaccuzzi! And the breakfast buffet is great (apart from the coffee). We used the hotel as our base for several trips to Kerala‘s sights and it was perfect.”
