“The staff was so accommodating, so kind! By far the best value for the money I've had at any hotel. Front desk staff knew our name by the 2nd day, the establishment was always clean (spotless really) with plenty of food at breakfast and free bottled water each day in the rooms. The rooms were basic but the beds were comfortable, we had hot water on the top floor and our room had a stunning view of the city. The location was within walking distance of the markets and restaurants but far enough away from the bar scene to always feel safe. Free Wi-Fi and reasonable rates for transport from the airport which was arranged via email. Although every room was booked out for every day of our stay, we always felt that they made our questions and comfort their highest priority. From the time we arrived at the airport until the time we checked out they made sure our visit was not only comfortable but easy and enjoyable.”
