“Ambience/physical look and comfort of the building”
“The hotel is very picturesque next to the river and just next to the city centre. It's an old stone building with an amazing little patio and very well decorated. It gives you the impression that you're in a museum. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. Our room had a Jacuzzi (it was a bit noisy but working well). The staff was helpful and the views from the room great. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for couples.”

“The hotel is in an excellent position, just outside the walls of the old city, with views over the River Duero. The building is extremely old (12th or 13th century) and is full of character. There is free parking outside the hotel.”
