“Lovely grounds and comfortable cabins; everything was very clean. Bathroom had soap/shampoo. Rooms have space heaters for cool mountain mornings. Convenient to the Quito airport (5 min), they have a shuttle that can be arranged. Shuttle driver waiting at airport when I arrived. Staff is friendly and accomodating even with a late arrival; some English spoken. Exceeded my expectations Should definitely be the go to stay near the airport. ”
“The neighborhood of Tababela is super quiet, and we were met by smiling, friendly people wherever we walked. There are a couple of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk (our favorite being Amore Mio, a great pizza place with lovely owners). The grounds are beautifully maintained. We had an issue at the hotel, but it was quickly and very satisfactorily cleared up by the folks we booked with online, and they had lots of good follow-up. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more friendly or anxious to please. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was the best shower we had in all of Ecuador! Also, the shuttle service was really helpful and convenient - right there waiting for us at the airport both times we stayed here.”
“The grounds were beautiful but our bungalow was pretty tiny. You could only get into the bed from one side so my husband had to climb in and out over me. The staff was very nice and tried to help with any problem you might have, like a late supper. There is a pretty good pizza place not too far from the Hosteria. They had a nice simple breakfast early in the morning before we left for the airport. The location was good, only about 10 minutes from the airport and with no morning Quito traffic to deal with.”

“If you are looking to stay close to the Quito airport, this hotel is a great (affordable) option. Our flight arrived around midnight and, for a small fee, the Hosteria arranged a shuttle to pick us up. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.”
