“可以预定摆渡车免费往返札幌站接送，但是需要自己打电话预约，而且座位有限，我是提前一周就预约了的。店员很好，尤其是值夜班的一个年纪不太大的爷爷，在酒店住两晚三天，临时决定去洞爷湖转一转，因为公交车时间太早而且只有一班，所以爷爷说第二天他下班开车载我们过去，一路上还介绍风景，用着日式的英语，把我们送到目的地，交给旅游信息中心会说英语的工作人员后就不辞而别，心里满满的感动！这是间可以带着宠物来泡汤的温泉，所以看见好多家庭都来这里泡温泉，温泉汤很棒，晚上泡汤更是舒服！入住这家温泉酒店还可以免费去另外一家温泉酒店泡汤，每天上下午都有免费班车接送，买一送二真的超值！”
