“FANTASTIC! THE hotel was SO beautiful and hte location was idyllic. Dreamy, in fact. The reservation staff were so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond (thank you for the kettle in my room! ) My room was huge and SPOTLESS and the view was SENSATIONAL. The bathroom was also very large and the shower was delicious. There was a huge "open" type fireplace in the common room downstairs by reservation which was magnificent. The area around the hotel is picturesque and I was very fortunate that it was covered in snow at the time. Everything you might need is close by in town, including grocer and post office. Parking right on the property. I wish I had had more time to stay. It felt very luxurious but also quite comfy in a non-stuffy sort of way. Highly recommended. Thanks much!”

“Rooms were nice and comfortable. The view was spectacular! Liked the Spa and Sauna options but did not use as the Sauna was off and the spa not clean. Was a shame. We came in the off season (early sept) and oh boy was it quiet. The restaurant was closed in the hotel and most of the restaurants in town as well. We were lucky to find the Pizza Verona which seemed to be the place all the locals were at. There is a communal kitchen in the hotel and a supermarket close by which we found after we ate out. They have a washer and dryer free of charge which is a nice perk. Breakfast was ok.”

“Breakfast ok, not so impressive, but you can eat fruits and drink different juice. Nice view everywhere around hotel. Good atmosphere inside. Nice tipi with grill and quite good food inside, for this price.”

“The very welcoming staff and the way they treat guests. The quiet location and surroundings. Rooms, relax area, restaurant and lounge with a nice view of the lake. Due to the low season the à la carte restaurant was closed but the hotel provided a free buffet in the evening which definitely suited our needs. Breakfast was also varied and fresh. The room, bathroom, relax area, including the jacuzzi and the sauna, and the premises in general were very clean. We had coffee and tea making facilities in the room and there are kitchenettes along the corridors. This hotel was the perfect place to switch off and have a full relax. But the greatest asset is definitely the staff and their excellent customer service standards. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.”
