“Staff were superb. My husband left his eyeglasses in the restaurant after dinner. When he went back later to see if they’d been turned in, the woman he spoke to couldn’t find them, but as we were about to get into the elevator, she came running over with the glasses. She’d gone back to search for them again and found them under something else. Just her extra care made a huge difference in our stay.”
