“The room was bright and clean. The renovations done on the hotel were great upgrades. We were in the heart of Downtown Chicago but we thought we were in the country....couldn't hear a thing! The staff from check-in, door people, cleaning staff and food were absolutely the best...everyone was friendly and so very helpful! It was the best stay in a hotel that we have ever had and we can't stop bragging to our friends and family about Homewood Suites!”

“The suite was updated and modern. There was more space than your usual hotel room, we were able to relax before and after dinner and activities. The noon check out time was also convenient as we had time to go out after breakfast and still have time to gather out things and check out. The hotel location was prime, the room had excellent views after putting a special request in advance. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. WE enjoyed the beautiful view at night and the sunny view in the morning. Thank you!”
“I have stayed at the hotel many times. It's clean. The king bed was comfy. It's close to the action of Michigan ave/ magnificent mile. During the week they have happy hour which is awesome. Breakfast was ok. The pool and the hours are great for kids. Great views at the pool and from our room.”
