“Penzion Holzberg is very nice new property. Rooms are nicely furbished with massive wood furniture and a small fridge. Bathroom was clean and equipped by toiletries. Beds were very comfortable. It was absolutely quiet at night, so one can sleep very well even with open window. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with great choice of sausages, eggs, vegetable and sweet pastry. We appreciated delicious scrambled eggs served for breakfast. The guesthouse is located at the end of small quiet village just 10 minutes by car from Karlova Studánka, which is perfect starting point for hiking trips.”

“Nice place for a quiet stay in nature. Staff were very helpful. The chef ruffled up some vegetable rice although it wasn't part of the menu. The owner offered us a drop to Bruntal as there weren't many buses going there on Easter Monday. Overall a happy stay.”
