“The room was clean, aircon worked well, shower was amazing, quite quiet room, very comfy beds. The safety box is on request, they bring it to your room then. Also hairdryer on request. Breakfast was lovely, every day they offered smthg else, fresh fruits, choice of eggs, toasts, some Philippino dishes. We were very astonished by the service in reception. They helped us with tickets we had troubles to book, they were proactive, kind and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Sandy, who had to put up with our queries a lot :-). She made our stay! The location was fine if you want to do some island hopping before going to El Nido, two days are more than enough.”

“The hotel is in front of Robinsons which for me is an added plus as I love shopping. There are restaurants in the mall so we don't have to rely on the hotel restaurant alone for our food. Good breakfast and lovely pool and staff.”

“The Holiday Suites in Puerto Princesa can absolutely be recommended, the service is perfect, the room was clean and big enough for two persons, and the bed (very comfortable) will fit for large people as well (1.90 m). Breakfast offering is both filipino and european style, and the location is almost perfect (opposite to a big mall).”
