“The check in was very smooth even though it was a busy time in China. Were given free drink coupon for their lobby cafe . Staff were really friendly. Upon dinner of our last night there, it so happened that the hotel manager was dining there as well and he paid extra care to the service, after finishing his meal, he came and talked to us about food and asked for our opinion and suggestion as he had just been appointment as a manager. We bought massage package where they came to our room as value added service. The hotel manager arranged a plate full of cake desserts and fruits to be sent to our hotel with compliments . I think this was a very nice gesture. Will definitely stay there again if we visit zhuhai”
“The view from the hotel room was great and the room was big. The room had all the comforts you could require, eg. Bar fridge, etc. The staff were excellent, very helpful! The pub downstairs is also very good, old English style. Just make sure you use the discount coupon and ask about the happy hour prices. I found out later, my fault ☹️. Great location in Jida, right outside the bus stop and not far from the beach. Good pool and fitness centre but don't forget your swimming cap or you have to buy one - 25 RMB.”
“One of the best hotels I have ever experienced in China. Room was big, clean, confortable and even luxurious given the reasonabe rate I paid. People are extremely kind, gentle, attentive. One of the best hotel staff I have met, except at the restaurants. Wifi service is simply brilliant, once again, the best wifi internet I ever used in china, even considering more expensive hotels. I hope service will remain at this same level in te future.”
“Staff were cheerful no matter ee were upset about the room type at the first place although the error was from us. Breakfast was good ,plenty of choices room were cleaned and comfortable. Excellent location close to all amenities.”
