“The location of this hotel is beautiful with a very clean, family friendly beach. My mother who has trouble getting around was staying with us and the elevator was steps from our room, the lobby, the hotel restaurant, gift shop, the pool and the parking lot. The shower was large and easy for her to get in and out of. Throughout the hotel the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Getting extra blankets or towels for the room and beach was easy and quick. We stayed on a busy weekend and we never felt over crowded at the pool or beach or while waiting for an elevator like some beach resorts. My teenage children liked that we were close to paddle board and kayak rentals. The beach town is lovely with shops and restaurants.”
“Everything in one place! Great restaurant on the property. One small issue arose with the AC and the staff responded quickly to resolve the problem and there was follow up later to be sure we were satisfied 😊 Lots of areas to sit and spread out from other guests.”

“Holiday Inn was perfect hotel for a beach getaway. Beach front King room on sixth floor was perfect with absolutely best view (When booking ask for high story room). Room was clean and bed was soft and comfortable. Really liked the walk in shower instead of a tub. Pool area, both inside and out were resort quality. We ate most breakfasts at the Oceans dining and one dinner. Food was good, breakfast buffet was excellent with waffle and omelet stations. The hotel offered a shuttle to Island and just off island restaurants and shopping. We used it several times with very little to no wait. Wrightsville Beach had a relaxed non crowded beach atmosphere and as a bonus you are close to Wilmington for numerous restaurants. There is a $7.00 parking fee at the hotel but we knew this in advance so wasn't surprised. No resort fee. Hope to go back and stay sometime in the future.”
“Great accommodating staff, great rooms with a grand view, restaurant staff and food was exceptional and the centerpieces were so unique that we asked if we could buy them and the staff found some extras and we now are proud owners and we have a remembrance of a wonderful visit. We will be returning soon.”
“The guy at the front desk was the best ever I had a deep sea fishing trip get cancelled and my room was one that didn't have a view of the ocean so because of my earlier troubles he made sure I got a diff room and one with a view of the ocean that really meant slot to me and because if him alone I'd choose this place over any other in the area if I go back to wrightsville”
