“This booking had been very complex as we had booked a number of rooms and then had to change them. The staff were enormously helpful and the stay went off very well. Breakfast options in the morning ranged from full (paid) breakfast with all the trimmings to Bacon/Sausage/Egg Butties in the bar -an excellent offer for those in a hurry in the morning and very good value. Breakfast coffee was supposed to be 'Starbucks' but the beans delivery had been delayed so the hotel provided free filter coffee instead which was just as good and a real bonus.”
