“The staff was extremely helpful & friendly! Upon check in I mentioned we were celebrating my son's 9th birthday & wanted a good view. They gave us the top floor (perfect view of the Empire State building, etc.) In the room they had chocolates, a card & balloons with the towels made into animals on the bed for my son. I needed to print some tickets for a tour bus attraction and they even have the computer and printer for guests to use for free. The free wifi was good for my son so he could play his video games. This was my first time to NYC so I had no clue about anything. The staff printed out some info for me to get to a location I was wanting to go to plus let me know which subway to take. The directions were spot on! The showers are nice. The channels are pretty good too considering it's a hotel; most hotels have about 10 channels there was about 30 I believe.”
