“From second walked in the receptionist was perfect, efficient, welcoming and even gave me an upgrade. Bar staff, food and facilities all high standard. Pool, gym, spa staff and areas well kept. Room lovely and bed comfortable. Stayed in some of the best hotels in world and this unit had a WOW factor. Very, very impressed. If I was the owner I'd feel very proud, clearly well managed. 10 out of 10!”
