“The onsite restaurant/bar was very good with the women staff being excellent. At the desk, two gentlemen were very friendly however, one never smiled. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Appreciated the underground parking. Kitchen was handy.”
“It was beautiful being right on the lake. Nice place. Thank you!”
“The TV was disconnected. The coffeemaker did not work (Discovered at 5:00 a.m.) Restaurant did not open until 7:00 a.m. Dinner was mediocre and overpriced. Several very good restaurants in Osoyoos - to tired to drive to them.”
“The view from the room; lake, mountains, vineyards; was fantastic.”
“Very nice room - nice comfortable bed View spectacular Pleasant staff”
“It was the worst accommodation ever in Hotel of this kind. They moved us from the original really bad room to another one on the 4th floor with no balcony and dirty windows, dusty room a toilet that needed replacing and extremely noisy neighbors from 12.30 to 6.30 in the morning. First ever booking on line and the last, I would have paid for an upgrade but the girl on the desk didn't seem to have the rates. Manager was very good and tried to make up for Booking.com”
“The location. From the balcony of our 4th floor room , we had an amazing view of the lake. The hotel was walking distance to stores, several restaurants, and a grocery store. The lake was right beside the hotel, with a grassy lawn and small strip of beach. Good swimming area for both adults and children, well separated from boat and Sea-Do traffic. The staff were pleasant and helpful.”
“The view of the lake from our room was spectacular! Also the hotel was close to everything.”
“The restaurant in the hotel was convenient. with good food but understaffed., The location between the two lakes is fantastic. The marina with boat rentals is a real bonus!! The staff is friendly when you arrive. The office street parking is a bonus. Our beds were comfortable and the Internet worked really well.”
“There were not enough lounges for the guests at the beach. We found one we thought was from the Holiday Inn as it looked identical to all the rest and were told it was owned by the man in the little house between the Coast and the Holiday Inn. All else was fine.”
