She was sweetheart and took wonderful care of my daughter that was in a bad situation due to missing the train and they went above and beyond what they had to do. Amtrak employees were brash and uncaring and Holiday Inn staff were the opposite! I can't say enough good things about them! Keep up the good work and keep caring about people in a uncaring world!
