“Everything was fine...except, we booked the Hospitality suite with 2 queen size beds. That's not what we got! We got a mini suite with 1 king size bed and a pull out! Not good!! Even worse-- I STILL WAS CHARGED FOR THE HOSPITALITY SUITE!! $647.36 This is totally unfair. I have 3 more hotels booked through Booking.com, if this is not corrected, they will be my last hotels through Booking.com”

“Friendly staff were incredibly accommodating with my early check in, late check out and need for a free rollaway bed. Even though our hospitality (900 sq feet with huge 8 person dining room table) suite was right next to the elevator, the bedroom is cleverly tucked into the back of the hotel, as far away from the elevator and hallway noise as possible and we slept soundly on the comfy beds/pillows/comforters. The pool and hot tub were clean, well-maintained and big enough for some good swimming and playing with our 4 yo and the breakfast buffet (while pricey at $10/person) was delicious with a large selection of hot and cold dishes.”
