“We had a short stay at the hotel, as we arrived very late at night and left the morning after. No issues whatsoever. Nice & clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is great with a wide selection of baked goods. On our arrival the staff members asked if we needed airport shuttle and booked us seats right away for the next morning. The shuttle was on time - with only two other passengers besides us - and the trip to the airport took only about 10 minutes.”

“Unfortunately at the hotel my 2 mobile phones got stolen. The staff was very efficient in helping and giving assistance. Special thanks to Francisco and Anna Maria as they did all they could to help that evening, The following day I saw the hotel manager that was also very helpful he even got the police to come to the hotel to write a report avoiding me to go to the police station and wait there probably for hours. In other words despite of this annoying experience I felt fine there. After all it was only phones.”

“Slept in and missed breakfast - due to the free late check out. Thank you! Easy to get to and from the airport on the shuttle. Food is ok - depending on what you order. Bar is the same prices as per bars in the city. Great for a night/day stopover. We didn't fly until midnight the day after we arrived and the hotel gave us a 3 hour pass into the spa for free too which was a massive bonus. Couldn't be happier. :)”
