“The motel was fine, we often stay at Holiday Inn Express. Booking.com is a nightmare. Our reservation was not correct, fortunately I had the original documentation. Reaching Booking.com took forever. We did not receive the original quoted price. We could not cancel. I checked and had I booked directly using AAA, the price would have been less than $10 more and we would have received loyalty points, and would have had a cancellation option. This the first and last time I will use booking.com.”
