“We booked with Booking.com, and by error we got double book, we spoke with a Booking representative and the Hotel Manager as did Booking representative, the manger would not cancel one of the room, but would give a comp room if available, which we did not want, Booking representative was as surprised and shock as we were. We have use Booking.com in the past and will continue, but Holiday Inns are off our list of Hotels.”
