“Breakfast was great! Much more of a selection than expected. Upon check in we could not locate my reservation (my mistake, I made it under my mother's name) and the check in agent was great! She was able to provide me with another room. Once she noticed the mistake on my part and the name on the second room, she was quick to make the changes while always smiling and being polite. Even though it was clearly my mistake. Thank you!”
