“Breakfast was a little weak. Mostly wam up stuff.”
“The bed was excellent and the pillows also were excellent - an extra bonus was that the pillowcases were marked to indicate firm or soft. I asked for extra pillows because I need them for propping, and they were brought to the room within minutes. It was great to have the microwave and refrigerator without having to pay for a suite. (unfortunately I forgot and left my blue rice bag there...a bag I heat in the microwave for pain relief - that grieves me because I need it. I will have to make another.) I called a few days in advance to ask about the possibility of early check-in, and a very nice young man named Wayne was very helpful. When we arrived, the check-in clerk could not have been more pleasant or helpful - she was delightful. I love the fact that a full breakfast was available at no extra cost even though we were not able to take advantage of that amenity this trip. This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn Express, but it will not be our last!”
