“the staff was friendly, including the breakfast crew. When I came in to register it took a little bit of time, because the desk person was chit chatting with a regular customer. It wasn't a huge problem, but thought it might be a positive thing if she had just acknowledged me. The property was very clean, very convenient on/off to the interstate. Very quiet even though the property was full. I would stay here again.”
“The location to Diamond Jo Casino was perfect. There is a shuttle running all night between the hotel and the casino and will make stops at the gas station and Burger King. The hotel staff were very friendly and answers any and all questions. There isn't a whole lot of food places around the casino but the hotel does have a little commissary with frozen foods and snacks.”
