I’d also like to point out how efficient the staff are as I was in a room with disability access and I slipped in the shower and accidentally grabbed the first thing I could which was unfortunately the disability alarm and within 2-3 seconds reception were calling the room to check everything was ok so I’d like to point that out as the timing was spot on for something that could have been a serious incident.”
