“My husband was taken ill and staff members Karen and Andrew were very helpful and kind. They sent for an ambulance and Andrew stayed with us until the paramedics turned up. Even gave me a bag with fruit and cakes as it was night time and wouldn't be able to get anything. They are a credit to the Holiday Inn group.”
