“Very close to the Gordon Craig Theatre (where our concert was). The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard for an Express Hotel. Every member of staff was happy, helpful and obliging (including when we returned at 2am and wanted a drink from the bar). A real pleasure to stay there and we will return.”

I find it outrageous when I put the sign in front of the door do not disturb me the receptionist knocked aloud my 2 year old daughter stayed in the room he started to threaten me he suspected that I rented several rooms He suspected me He accuses me the receptionist told me if I rent here another room he call the police. I was standing I did not understand what he was talking about. I just wanted to be alone with my 2 year old daughter. so I will still make a separate complaint”
“Great 2 nights stay out at the Holiday Inn Express Stevenage. Excellent clean tidy spacious room work comfortable double bed, great power shower with constant hot water , excellent wi fi , great flatscreen TV , all the usual hospitality stuff & more ! Friendly warm welcoming staff upon arrival & all through out the stay. Fantastic location 5min walk from train station & just off the A1 main road link to London. This is why the hotel exceeded my expectations yet again & I highly recommend this hotel for Fantastic value which included the great tasty breakfast as well !!!”
