“They said it was overbooked when we arrived. The only room left was one king bed for a family of four. It was suggested that one of us sleep on the floor. Totally unacceptable. I really want my money back. Very uncomfortable for the little sleep we got”

“every thing was pretty good the staff was pleasant. we have stayed before so that's why stayed again the breakfist is one of the best continentals ive seen good selection, the fact they leave the pool area open a bit later than most hotels is considerate most close at 10pm or earlier. the wifi was ok good. the noon check out time is also better than a lot of hotels being a lot of others is between 10 and 1130.”
“Pricing was great. However, we stayed here to go out in St. Paul. We spent a lot on cabs. So with all that money spent, we could of just stayed downtown for more money and less stress. Their shuttle would be a great thing to have for events in the cities instead of just airport/mall of America rides. The pricing was the best part of this hotel. Next time we will just spend more. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable.”
