“The staff is very rude and has no sense on what they are talking. We wanted to extend the room stay till evening and pay for it but the staff was rude enough to ask us to vacate immediately even before checkout time. Worst experience.”
“We had a lovely quiet corner room on the 25th floor with good views in both directions. Breakfast had something for everyone and good coffee. Good value vending machine in the foyer if you want a beer. Subway was just round the corner from hotel with 3 different lines. We ate locally each night and found some good restaurants in the shopping centre that housed Tesco supermarket and some restaurants on the way there.”
