“Selected King but got 2 queens. I let that go. Butt naked..no towels! Call housekeeping. Bath tub had not been cleaned. Bathroom products had not been added. Broom was by the door in a trash can. Carpet had not been vacuumed due to dead bugs on the carpet. Beds had been made so we hoped they had been changed. We arrived at 9:30pm. Tired! Unfortunately I did not take pictures to back up statements”
