“The breakast set up was the cleanest ive ever seen with everything you could want for breakfast also the staff were so friendly and helpful.”
“Location very convenient to city centre and also lots to do on and around the hotel. Friendly welcoming staff on arrival. Food available late at night although the staff did not push this, it only came to light by enquiring. Which is a pity as food was good. I noticed 3 gents checking in who were directed to the sandwiches and crisps on offer but they weren’t advised that hot cooked food was available. ”
“We loved the friendlyness of the staff. On arrival the sofa bed was not made up in one of the rooms, we liked the attitude of staff as they were so appologetic as they were short staffed.”
