“The staff were helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and our room was spacious and clean. I forgot my razor and the staff were kind enough to give me a complimentary one! They also offer complimentary massages at the Business Center. The massage was AMAZING. And it was FREE. What other hotel offers something like that?! The hotel felt very secure, too - a fob is required to use the elevator. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking with them again in the future!”

“The Hotel is in a less desirable area but the property is excellent. We took a taxi from train station and the staff was just wonderful. We arranged shuttle service back to train station in morning. Also, the breakfast was fantastic again great staff.”

“The elevator did not work. The room was about 100 degrees when we walked the air did not work very good it took about 2 hours for it cool down. The dirty linen piled in the hall way. The hall doors were all open with towels under them not door stops. We had booked for two nights but canceled the second because of Bad condition”
“I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was awesome. I'd like to think of this hotel as a hidden gem because of the location. While the location is a bit rough in terms of be family friendly. The hotel itself does feel welcoming. There is a parking garage which is a huge plus, however we arrived in a full size SUV (Tahoe), and parking spaces were a bit tight.”
“The stuff are very friendly with a smile on the face .. "Aida"a was very helpful in checking in. All the stuff are helpful and would give you all the advise you need on where and how to go. They also have a shuttle bus to take you downtown FOC. the hotel location is few minutes walking to the metro station .. the red line metro goes directly to Hollywood and universal area. Breakfast was excellent and we were surprised to see the pancake , free ice creams and pop corn machine !! amazing”
