“I was very disappointed that the wi-fi was down and had been previous to my visit. Because this was a business trip, I required wi-fi hence why I chose this hotel. I ended up using up all my personal wi-fi because of it being down at your hotel. I would have thought that your hotel staff would have contacted me to advise this prior to my visit since I had ticked I was staying on business.”
