“The Front desk staff was amazing. Bonnie was the person we dealt with most of the weekend. She walked around and greeted everyone at breakfast Sunday morning. Danielle was helpful with booking and directions to the hotel. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable to me, but my husband found it to be Ok. The food at breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices. I just wish they would have provided bacon and sausage both days. My sister-in-law said the large plain bagels were not fresh. Their room the first night had no Hot water. The next morning they told Bonnie and she moved them to a suite which was so nice! I would say that overall our stay was very good and we would definitely go back.”

“Room was OK. We had to be moved from one end of the hall to the other due to excessive noise and banging around. Breakfast was the worse I've ever eaten there. Bisquits dry and hard. Bacon was OK as well as the scrambled eggs. Also, we asked at the desk for some type of refund because the refrigerator in our room was not working and we did not know it. We had $40.00 worth of fish and chips and slaw left from our evening meal and it was ruined because of no refrigeration. Also, they would not give us any points for our room because we did not use one special booking agency. The price we were quoted when we booked was not at all the price on my VISA card. Monday, I will be checking it again and if it has not been corrected, I will instruct VISA not to pay you. We have stayed there many times.....this will probably be our last time. The personnel must have changed.....it was not good (with the exception of one girl at the desk on Friday night).”
