“The STAFF was really helpful and polite, they understood my problem with the Internet connection but had no solution, and they allowed me to use the conference room for one day (where the internet was slightly better). Also, as the airline lost my luggage, the staff helped with a complimentary set of toiletry items. The ROOM was pretty large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although it was very hot outside during my stay, the temperature in the room was pleasant even with the air conditioner turned off.”
