“The staff were all super friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable.”
“The hotel drove us and picked us up from Busch Gardens, very nice and professional drivers. I also liked that the maids didn't start knocking on doors too early for those of us that would rather get some extra sleep! Olive Garden restaurant practically in the parking lot was awesome!”
“The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had a fresh clean smell. Great staff, the woman who drives the shuttle to Busch Gardens is a joy. During the ride over she interacts with the passengers in a friendly manner and puts people in a good mood. When you are finished you just have to call the number she has given you and she comes and picks you up and has ice cold bottled water waiting for you when you get on the van.”
“Bed was comfy! Room was huge and clean. It is literally right across from the entrance of Busch Gardens.”
“Comfy bed. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful”
“The eggs were wonderful The bed in room 321 nearest the door and next to the phone is terrible. Some extra heavy must have sat on it or it has been used a lot. Did not sleep well the first night. Tossed and turned with a hurting back. Slept on the other side the next night”
“The coffee and cinnamon rolls were good. Everything else...not so much.”
“The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and restocked at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were super soft and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located near everything to include the university. Most restaurants were within walking distances. It was really peaceful and quiet. We were able to get uninterrupted nights of sleep. Amazing!”
“The breakfast was a great addition to our stay as was the staff, and you should be very proud of all associates. Had a problem with the TV, after conveying that to the management a knock at the door and the maintenance man was there to solve all(with a smile an pleasantries). We were very impressed with your hotel! I or my friends need accommodations we'll be knocking at YOUR door.”
“No, they appeared to be powdered and after experiences in the hospital I do not eat powdered eggs. The saguage was almost miniscule in size.”
