“The STAFF was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful, especially Raquel. The room was exactly as it was pictured on the site. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The REAL bonus is the free breakfast included in the mornings, a buffet better than you'll get in drive thrus or some fast food places. It saves money for the traveler AND the choices are many. I had a problem with the bathtub drain, reported it and it was solved by the time I got back. Staff is VERY responsive. Their workout room is enough for someone who needs a quick place to burn calories or use SOME weight. Not a complete gym BUT something more than just treadmills. OVERALL an excellent place.”
“While the front desk staff was very courteous, the room conditions weren't as favorable. The first room we were assigned to had a leaking ceiling. Once the front desk were informed they immediately reassigned us to another room. Well that room did not have a leaking ceiling, it was difficult to control the temperature. In addition, the room carried an odor as if it had been vacant a very long time. Housekeeping was not desirable either. After a long day, you expect to be able to come to your room and relax on a well made bed with clean sheets. That was not the case. Housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning our room at 5pm in the evening and because we were there they never finished. I had to go to them and ask for the appropriate amount of replacement towels and washcloths. The hot is located ideally near the interstate which allowed travel convenient to most of our destinations.”
