“I have stayed there many times and had planned to reserve 3 rooms for 2 nights each in August. When we drove up around 9 pm,there were 4-5 men sitting on and standing near a bench at the checkout door, smoking and drinking. We were uncomfortable and felt unsafe walking in. We were too tired to try to cancel last minute and have to re-book elsewhere. We voiced our concerns to the deal clerk, and she was very dismissive and all but rolled her eyes at us. She said they are service workers that will be there "a while". The next morning, Brette (who is always great) told me that it concerned her and she would check into it. I am disappointed because this was our favorite place in New Iberia and a great location. I am not interested in staying at an "extended stay" facility.”
