“The bed was very comfortable, there was enough space for one person, though two people might have been a little cramped for space, but not badly. The HVAC unit can be set to have the fan run continuously and that was appreciated very much during the night. I liked that I was not able to hear any noise from the roads and, in general, the noise from the hallway was tolerable. Breakfast includes a nice variety of options and a nice, clean seating area. Overall this is a nice place to stay and isn't but a short jaunt east to Knoxville proper as well as a vast number of other places west of Knoxville to enjoy a meal, enjoy a drink, or both.”

“Staff (young brown skinned woman) at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous. She offered sensible suggestions to resolve an issue we presented in a very helpful and professional way. Excellent customer service. Now for the hotel: The mattress provided the -just -right firmness needed. The property was quiet. The bathroom was clean with extra towels. The water pressure is very strong. The water temperature good and hot when called for. The air condition worked properly, very cold air, colder than what we are use to. And the internet was easy to connect too and consistent. Breakfast items (food and juices) lots to choose from. The breakfast juice was cold and coffee extremely hot. Rate breakfast an "A". The breakfast gave us a good last impression. Yes, NC felt at home in TN.”
