“The layout of the room, the accommodations and the geographical location”
“This hotel was chosen because of an early departure from GSP. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and take a shuttle to and from the airport. Very nice hotel and service. If you choose this hotel, remember that GSP is about 10 miles away. (all by Freeway).”
“Breakfast was decent, I had better at other Holiday hotels. No visitor brochures available, I was told that the hotel receives mostly business guests that don't need them. The breakfast staff was very friendly though. The hotel could use a bit more maintenance/updates, but it was clean. I deserved a king bed room via booking, but when we arrived, we were told that they were out. We asked to be notified if a king room frees up for later, but haven't got a call.”
