“The bed was not cloud like at all, this was the most run down HIE I've stayed in and I travel for work.The arm chairs were dirty, desk chair fabric worn/peeling, mirror smeared in our room. Light fabric chairs in lobby need cleaned or replaced. Every thud in the room above was audible in our room. The Jacuzzi was in need of maintenance and the umbrellas were broken (the ones over tables in the pool). Litter was present,on the pool deck which was present the night before, so I picked it up. Breakfast was great!”
